    01 In-situ XAFS Reaction Cell: Model EC-XAFS-T

    This is an X-ray absorption fine structure (XAFS) spectropic electrochemical in-situ cell for transmission/fluorescence mode, designed to study the structural changes of catalysts during electrocatalysis. The working electrode (WE) is placed at the transmission window, allowing X-rays to penetrate the working electrode and the electrolyte solution of adjustable thickness.

    Scope of application

    ▷The device is suitable for in-situ electrochemical testing of XAFS (transmission mode and fluorescence mode);

    ▷Quartz material can be used to process to achieve in-situ testing of photoelectrocatalytic conditions;

    ▷ It can pass through various reaction atmospheres, such asCO2,O2, etc.;

    ▷ The main body of this in-situ pool is made of PEEK material, which is corrosion-resistant, acid-resistant and alkali-resistant, and can be quickly assembled and disassembled, which is easy to clean;

    ▷ Window diameter: 14mm, Kapton film for optical window;

    ▷The thickness of the liquid level between the working electrode and the light window can be adjusted to balance the internal resistance of the reaction and the signal-to-noise ratio of the test;

    02 In-situ electrocatalytic reaction cell for fluorescence X-ray absorption spectroscopy: model EC-XAFS-F

    This is an electrocatalytic cell specially designed for synchrotron XAFS line stations (Lytle fluorescence detectors) that can detect structural changes in the catalyst in situ in fluorescence mode XAFS.

    This is an in-situ transmission cell for studying the structural changes of cathode materials during the charge-discharge process, and realizes in-situ XAFS, XRD, infrared or Raman testing.

    This is an in-situ flow cell to study the structural changes of catalysts during electrocatalysis at high mass transfer velocities. The sandwich structure is used to construct the gas-solid-liquid interface to realize the gas-liquid separation during the reaction.

    Scope of application

    ▷ Cells 1 and 3 are bipolar plates, with a serpentine flow path on the inner side, which can effectively improve the electrolyte concentration on the surface of the catalyst.

    ▷ The pool body 1 and 2 are separated by anion exchange membranes, which are anode and cathode, respectively;

    ▷Between cell body 2 and 3 is a gas diffusion electrode, and the serpentine outpouring in cell body 3 is used for gas flow.
